Land & Apartments (“L&A”) is a St Louis based real estate investment company with holdings in St. Louis, Dallas and Kansas City.

L&A maintains a tenured team of twenty real estate professionals to own, manage and operate its properties.

With over 100 years of combined real estate experience, our team of professionals includes those with designations of MBA’s and JD.
